WHAT IS THIS?

There are many such oval shapes scattered across the Rahat. Are they old or new? Were the prongs at the bottom made by a bulldozer, or by people who lived here long ago? I mean, they look rather old. So far I haven't found anything on the internet about these strange formations. All of them face about 20° north-east. That suggests a ritual purpose rather than a practical application. Was some star perhaps targeted?

If anyone knows what this is about, I would be very happy to hear about it.
